ICICI Visa Bill Pay
Annual Charges Made

I was informed by ICICI credit card department that Visa Bill Pay service is free of cost and after 3 months they have charged me BILL PAY ANNUAL FEE of Rs 184.27 (100 75 9.27). When i enquired with the customer care they say the charges have made recently and it has been informed. I denied that there are no information and they argue that's not their problem.

I had heared from friends saying ICICI is actually made lots of frauds like this and i have experienced this personnaly now. I am sure one day these people will face trial and its gonna been soon.

I have decided not to have any connection with ICICI in my life time.
