ICICI VISA credit card
Wrong Billing

I have not made any purchase of Rs 9756/- on 02/07/08 with ICICI Lombard. This purchase was made by me on 14/05 which was reflected in my statement of Jun 09 and i had made payment for the same on 17/06/08 at ICICI Bank, Shimla.

I had even lodged a complaint on 02/07/08 on telephone and my S.R.No is 207082005. but so far no steps have been taken to give me credit for the wrong billing.
