LESS AMOUNT CREDITED AGAINST MY PF SETTLEMENT

My PF number is MH-BAN-49598-21549

I have received an amount of Rs 47147.00 against my PF settlement on dt 23.08.2011.

But the amount credited to my account is somewhat less (shortfall) by Rs 9726.97

Rs 52178.00 (as per last PF statement ) - Rs 47178.00 (amount Received) = Rs 5031.00 4695.97 (interest @ 9.5%) = 9726.97 amount which I am eligible to get as per the last PF statement and rules.

I have left the organisation on 25th April. The same day as per the PF statement showed an amount of Rs 52178.00 .

As per the last discussion with you dt 2nd August all my dues were clear (plz find the trail mail below) and my relieving letter and other documents was being sent to me on the basis of this. So there is nothing left to be deducted from my PF assuming the same.

Request you to clarify as to why I have been credited Rs 9726.97 less in my account . plz provide me the PF detailed statement.
