ICIC lombard health policy
Claim not cleared

I have purchased icici lombard mediclaim policy 1 year back. in feb i undergone ear surgery from reputed hospital in bombay and a part of icici mediclaim policy provider. i have submitted all my documents and doctors reference and authority to lombard on 26th feb. i got reponse from lombaqrd that within 10 working days u will get ur result. after 15 days when i dont got result i called back to lombard there i got answer that there is a shorfall in documents, it was not possible because i have attached all documents and verified by doctor incharge, then to i submitted all the documents again that to by hand yet there call centres executives are giving me list of numbers u call to mumbai office on so and so number till today nobody has given me a proper answer and treatment please help me out.
