ICI Credit Card
Without any purchasing bill

Dear Sir

I have a credit card of ICICI bank and saving a/c also. I had not purchase from credit card but they had raise bill 17000/00 (sevent thousand).when i told them about bill then they have deduct as same amount from my saving account and blocked my credit card.

after that i am requesting them that why you can deduct this amount but they don't give any responce.

so i want to recover my money which they deduct from my account without any purchasing.
