HSBC Credit Card - Unnecessary bills

I own a HSBC credit card from '2007 when the "LIFETIME FREE RENTAL SCHEME" came into picture by the HSBC executives. I havent used my card till now.(havent swiped anywhere for shopping or else), so how could i get the bill of Rs. 1262.90, including "Purchases & Other charges (Rs.)" of 476.38.

How can they charge me with 1262.90 when i havent swiped my credit card anywhere???

can anybody help me with this. or can i get the number of HSBC credit card incharge (Helpline) or whatever.
