Consignment misplaced

On August 12th an improtant and confidential consignment (Cinsignment No.228967244) was despatched to Tathawadi, Pune through your franchise at Sakina, Andheri (Wherein we also have an account) which should have reached the adddress by 13th evening. But Ironically, it has not been delivered till date. Upon scrutiny by my staff (making calls to your Pune offices) we are made aware that the consignment cannot be traced. And to top it all, the owner of the franchise Mr. Laxminarayan and your Branch Manager Mr. Raj were not kind enough to even entertain my staff (leave a side solving the problem). This has landed us into a very awkward situaion with our clients. Resulting in loss of bussiness.

It is very unfortunate that a reputed courrier company like yours has such a detirriorated and poor quality service to offer. I am shocked and deeply saddened to learn that a renowned company like ONDOT has no respect for the customer or his complaints.

As I demand and explaination for the enconvenience caused to me and my Company, I am also considering suing your company for a case of defamation
