Illegal way of using pvt ltd company

Dear sir

I have a complaint regarding one company who is using illegal way of pvt ltd company, it is located in lalbagh road, it is in the name of Intellsys but they have made this company in the name of Icodet technologies Pvt Ltd, this company is in residential place and they have only 7 workers, they are in to web designing and software development, they dont have employee account and PF, and they are not paying commercial tax, if it is then how come they are in to pvt ltd, kindly check and take immediate action and pls reply to my email id, i have lot of complaints but after seeing this action only i will update other complaints as soon as possible.
