Icontrol from MTNL is the worst IPTV service provide

Hi,

My name is Jaspreet Singh and i live in Rajouri Garden. I ordered IPTV services called as i control from MTNL a month back. I was very happy to see that the line man came the second day after ordering and installed the line. However, my happiness was short lived since no one from i control came to install the set top box. When i called the customer care they said that they haven't received the OB. I had to wait a good 3 weeks before someone from i control came on 28th June and installed the set top box. In the mean while i received my first bill for IPTV services without any charge on it. i got to know the telephone number given to me from that bill which was 25414248 (No one called me to inform me about the same).

After the installation, when i noticed that the TV was showing scrabbled signal and said "waiting Signal" i was told that there would be some speed lag for first day and it will play smoothly after sometime. The problem remains to this very day. I have been calling their customer care number 2699000/26991500 just to be informed that the engineer will visit my premise, however, i am still waiting for that engineer to come and get things straight. I have just been promised today (1st Aug '08) that the problem will be resolved by tomorrow.

I request everyone who is thinking of installing i control IPTV services to please NOT to GO AHEAD with the same, since, if they can not take care of someone who has just entered there system 5 days back what else can you expect. I will be moving consumer court of the problem lingers on.
