Prnicipal with criminal record

Dear sir/madam i am a parent of a child studying in icse school in bangalore. In this school there are over 1000 students. The problem we (all school parents) are facing is the principal even tough suspended from school for not functioning properly has come back using a stay order from court and is continuing to give torture to students who opposed her by one way or other. They are making threating calls so parents are fearing to send there children to school.

So we wanted to know can a principal with criminal record continue in same post in school and does ICSE board have any rules which does not allow her to enter school.

Please help us as soon as possible and help our children come out of mental stress so that they can concentrate on studies.
