Harrasment over home loan

Hi,

This is in regard to my home loan issue, details are there in the trailing mail. Though thedispersement happen in the last week of November I was told that the interest which I has paid for Rs.3, l5, 531/- for nearly 10-11 months will be reversed and adjusted against my loan account.

Its been 2 years but nothing has happened.

Yesterday i.e. on 20th May I happen to visit your bank and I was guided to Ms. Roopa and I really appreciate her the fact that she made me understand the problem which happened and promised that this will be resolved but will take a fortnight since the transaction is old.

Please look into this matter on priority. And hope this time I have a pleasant experience to resolve this issue.

I will appreciate in case some want can acknowledge this mail and work toward closing this issue.
