Demat Account not opening

IDBI is the worst demat service provider and their services are pathetic. I submitted my application on 22nd November and they deducted fees on 5th December and till date I have not received any communication from them. Despite writing several mails to them they are not answering to my mails. I tried to register complaint on their site as well but haven't received any response from them. The link for escalating any complain on their site is also not working. The only option available to you is follow up with their customer care and they will not reply to your mails. I'm getting very frustrated. Plz someone suggest me what should i do.
