IDBI Bank Home Loan

My Housing Loan A/c No. -- 813675100196741. I would like to bring to your notice that I got my PDC's changed to ECS and its been near to 4 months that I have not yet received my PDC' s back. Everytime I have to keep sending reminders to IDBI and am told it wld b returned soon. The last mail communication os on 16th March and i was told it would be returned soon.

Secondly, even though my EMI Date is 10th of every month, I am surprised to see my A/c being debited with the EMi amount on 9th itself, without any prior notification.

Thirdly, I have made partial payment towards my loan on 14th MArch 09 and till date I have not received any kind of formal letter from IDBI regarding my Tenure reduction (which was opted by me)...

This is actually ridiculous and I had no other option but to take your help in atleast getting a timely response from such a reputed bank... AFTERALL WE ARE PAYING TIMELY EMI'S TO THE BANK... IF 2RW FOR ANY REASONS.. MY A/C HAS LESS BALANCE THEN 10 PEOPLE FROM THE BANK WILL COME RUNNING UP TO GET THE EMI AMOUNT!!

IF I DO NOT GET ANY RESPONSE IN NEXT 24-48 HRS THEN I WLD B FORCED TO TAKE SOME STRICT ACTION AGAINST THE BANK...
