Mis communication about parallel funding

I have applied for housing loan for 18 lakhs and actually i was looking for Parallel funding and i came to know that IDBI bank has the option of parallel funding which i came to know from one of the client who is working for financial services (He was the mediator). I had applied on april and it got approved and as well i got my sanction letter also. As per payment schedule i released amount from my side and awaiting the payment to be done from the bank. In the end i was told that parallel funding is being stopped for some reason which they have not told me initially when i took the loan nor when i have sent mail to them to consider mine as a special case atleast. This is delinquency on part of the bank as well as the person whom i got in touch with. This is to say that customers now a days they prefer parallel funding, it is better to get information about the existance of parallel funding other wise we will end up paying processing fee and in the worst case on the verge of cancelling the flat itself.
