Wrong amount debited in A/c

My IDBI A/c No 170104000008815 Name Anuj Pathania,

As on 07.10.09 I have try to withdraw cash from IDBI ATM two times for Rs 1500 each. But system shows error and there was no Cash withdrawn.

But the bank had debited my A/c both times with Rs 1500 each total Rs 3000. I have mail the complaint to IDBI Customer Care.
