Lost cheque

Hi,

I had deposited a cheque on my loan acc no. 46632400000003 on 28/12 at FC branch pune. I was told the cheque is not cleared and has been couriered to my home address. I waited for the same for more than a week and i didnt get any courier. Now they are saying it has been couriered to the home branch, the home branch has not recieved it. Its been more than 3 weeks now.

Whenever i go to the bank and ask about the same they dont reposond properly and they behave rudely. I think they have lost the cheque.
