I m surprised the way things get handled, i was in regular touch with your coustmer care dept for an incorrect loan shown in my account and after being promised by your team that it was a mistake from your end and the name will be deleted from CIBL data and a appology letter to be given in my name why my name still feature in the CIBL data showing a loan of 74000/- and outstanding of 115000/-.

I want immediate action to be taken in this regard and revert back to me
