FRAUDLY TAKEN MONEY

I Hitesh M Shetty had applied for Loan against property from M/s. IDBI BANK LTD in the month of May i was asked to give an upfront processing fees for Rs.12133/- which was paid on 04/05 vide cheque no 921420. I was told by Mr. Rakesh Srivastava - Sr. Sales Executive of Belapur branch that the amount will be returned in case the Loan is declined. My loan got declined but am still waiting for the refund of my money.

I am continously following up with Mr. Rakesh on his cell no 98219 92920 for the past 1 month but he is telling me that the officer is on leave who signs the cheque & i will receive the same in 1-2 days, now more than 10 days has passed for this commitment. This executive of IDBI Bank Ltd is not receiving my phone. I am surprised how come the bank of such calibre does such things & robbing people of their hard earned money.

I request the concerned authority to take action.
