IDBI Bank/Saving a/c
Charging penalty without informing customer individul

Resp Sir/Madam,

I am Mr. Anil Shikhare, my SB A/c No. 001510010002131, in IDBI BANK, Khari corner, Kolhapur. I am Your customer since last above25 yrs.with United Western Bank.

My a/c bal was 2786.05 Rs. but your branch deducted 393Rs., 790Rs, 790Rs, 776Rs, (total=2749Rs) from my a/c without individully informing me. I am here to requst you that i am a retired person So plz as soon as possible credit my a/c balance which is without informing individul a/c holder leads to injustise to a/c holder. Awaiting for favurable reply at the earliest to your old custmer.
