Such a pathetic service airtel has. since 20 th Jan I am not receiving proper cell phone service even if i have paid bill till this month properly.
1st they cut my outgoing then my STD and then full connection. just because payment gone to wrong account no. from their side.
whoever is taking airtel connection pls think twice.
circulte this info to higher ups of airtel. airtel galleries not sharing bill pymnt info properly to their call centers which are calling customers even if customers have paid their bills. in such a tech savvy world such a pathetic service they have.
god save them. we all should decide to put case on this company.
