Non receipt of IDBI Flexibonds cheque

I had purchased three idbi flexibonds-22 on 28.02. each issuing price was Rs5000/- (certificate no. 022893742 folio no 22IFB2391737) which had already matured on 28.08.2008 but i could not received the cheque as my address has now been changed as given below
