Not receiving cheque

Dear sir,

i am holding certificate no; 277075 & folio no IFD052684.I got a chq.of Rs23470.00

I could not deposit it in bank within valid time & i requested for revalidation. In the meantime

my family shifted from Aurangabad, Bihar to Ranchi, JHARKHAND.So far i have not received any cheque. What should i do now? Pl help.
