Non receipt of payment

I have invested Rs, 10000/- (2 bonds each of Rs 5000/=)in option A vide folio no 181FB062925 Certificate no 62925 dinstictive no 0000225088-0000225089 and Redemption date was 25/04. I forgot to get those redeemed. Now I want to cash the money invested in this bond pl let me know how to proceede.
