RE CHARGE

Dear Sir

This is to inform to you that I have recharged my pre paid cell with the value of 100 rs on 26 or 27 Oct 11.

After some days I again recharged it with the value of rs 50.

Both of balance have been deducted without any intimation. I called your toll free no 198 and some another

no but my complaint was not logged anyone.

Kindly check at your end and this is a very simple query and i hope you are also know about rules, regulation,

laws and TRAI.
