OUTGOING CALLS BARRED WITH OUT OUR INFORMATION

I have paid my idea mobile service bills on 01.06.2012 at 8.30 morning. The outgoing calls were barred by idea on 01.06.2012 at 11.45 around morning. Till now the outgoing calls are not activated by idea. I faced a poor response from idea customer executive.

They confirmed that it takes 24 hours to get reactivated.

While i try to call the customer cell no. 9844012345 them they are disconnecting my call.

I facing problem in calling my friends & relatives.
