Idea net setter cheating customers

I Aslam. i am not satisfied by the download speed of idea net setter though it is showing the speed of 238.6 kbps. I get only 1-4 kbps in day time and 8-14kbps in night time. Idea company is cheating the customers all the way. The connection always disconnected in every 15-20 minutes and i used to re-insert the device many times to get connected. please take neccessary action for the innocent customers who trust the company.
