Cheating cannot unsubscribe Jokes feature

This complaint is regarding to Idea cellular Karanataka... last month i.e July I had subscribed for Jokes

later next week I had unsubscribed for jokes... I received a confirmation message that I have been unsubscribed...

Later This month... August 6 I had not subscribed for anything.. but I got a message that I had used there service... again I started receving jokes... this time I had subscribed... thereby I lost 30 rs... now I have been trying to findout for what I have subscribed for what I am being charged... without subscribing...

How come I am being subscribed... even though I have unsubscribed last month...

I hope you will take this complaint seriously and take necessary action
