Fraud done of rs.5500 for increasing their sales figure

I took 1 new conn. frrom idea they took rs.5500 for mob # 9540000000 but when i recieved a call from verification team they confirmed me the different no #9540004400, i simply denied and rejected, but they still activated my no.. and sending me bills for same ..i hav't make a single call from that no. but they sending me bills of rs565...

and regarding refund of rs. 5500, nobody is bothered about that...
