Fraud deduction of balance amount

Good afternoon sir,

i am brijesh kumar tiwari my mobile no. is 9977243212 and i am residing in jabalpur my complian is that iam a user of idea gprs 10rupees service but sir i have already deactivate this service on 9th february but my balance 10rs. still deducting everyday from my balance account .sir i have made many complaints to cus. care and jabalpur idea office but neither no one responding me nor reverting my balance.

i request you to please kindly solve my problemas soon as possible.
