Complaint Of Cheating Against Idea Cellula

Dear Consumer Forum,

Please help me out against over charges imparted by Idea Cellular.

I have not taken any types of service regarding cricket update but I received message of scoring (Semifinal RCB vs MI) on Apr 21. When I confirmed from customer care then they updated me that there was no cricket update of my mobile and no charges will detect but very next day sum was detect.

I wish to claim harassment charges and bad service worth Rs. 2 lac

Please tell me the procedure for the same
