Egarding prepaid connection

Dear Sir/Madam,

I got a message which states that

250Local I2Ifor 30 days &50p mein LOCAL MOBILE Call 4 Mahine tak. Rs 50 TT aur 2 yrs Validity Sirf 290 ke Rcharg par. Val I2I & Call Rate Updtd in 24 Wrkng hrs.

message time 6:49:55pm

message date 24-06

I recharge my no in the next morning... but coudnt get your service. i talk to customer care exetuvies so many times but

they didnt provide me any help..

if this will remain the case i am afraid that i can go to consumer court. I want my money back or the facility of the message.

Kindly take any action.
