Prepaid to postpaid

I have given application for converting my idea prepaid connection to postpaid 15 days back and since then I am waiting. Now my prepaid sim has been inactivated and I have been told that it wil take2 hrs time now its almost 24 hrs gone and still it is not working. I have lost so many important calls.

I have been in touch with local service provider and a person named Yogesh from Idea. Now he has also switched off his cell.

Pathetic management...
