With reference to my last complaint ID 5915 no action till now what a IDEA

Dear IDEA,

With reference to Complaint ID-5915, we still await to reslove problem arises. But nobody respond me till now more than a week after complaint register in this website. Despit trying to customer care no call drops every time & no response from their side.

Now it is shameful to IDEA mangement team who is not able to manage customer care deptt in a effective manner.

Thanks to Airtel, i have to move to another service provider & left to IDEA forever.

Thanks to IDEA for providing wonderful IDEA.
