Inactivation of my mobile no. 9924896362

Dear Sir,

I am a prepaid mobile costener of Idea celluler compney Pvt. Ltd. I purchased my sim card (9924896362) on 8th June. Till 8th Auguest I was getting call and sms on this mobile. Then suddenly they had disconnected my mobile. So, I went to costmer care, they said that you had not done any out going call so we had disconected yr mobile. Its not fair. At least he should call me and should say this thing before disconnecting my mobile. Then costmer care person said: " Do recharge of Rs. 200. I will activate yr mobile". After recharge, i got connection only for few minutes. How can I do immediately an out going call in these few minutes? So, they had again disconnected my mobile. I again went to costmer care person. Now they are saying that " You had not submited your documents (that I had already submited while purchasing this sim card) and not filled the registration form (that I had also filled at the time of purchase of sim card) thats why we had cut your mobile."

Without documents and registration, can Idea compney start my mobile connection?

So, please do needfull and help me in activation of my mobile conection.
