Hi my name is OM PRAKASH GUPTA, and my PF No is KN/BN/34272/46736. My concern is i called up to PF OFFICE and i got the information that PF amount has been settled on 13/03.

But i got it confirmed to my bank which is AXIS BANK Ltd [branch office is in GREEN PARK, NEW DELHI], Bank guys told me that they have nt rcvd any cheque, my cheque no is 478165 and 344973, it was settled on 13/03/09, which has been nt rcvd to my bank and nt transferred in my account.

So i request to u that kindly look at this matter, i m waiting for 3 months and i m needy for the same, kindly do the needful...
