SIM deactivation

Dear Sir/Madam

I had purchased a cell phone from the mobile srore Kukatpally. As a complementory they gave me free lifetime idea prepaid card (9640592518). Also i had purchased additional card for my spouse. Both cards were activated after paying Rs 47 each. The card were deactivated since 22 june within 8 days after activation for want of documents. Although i had given related documents within 2 days of intimation. Since cards got deactivated I visited daily from 22 to 26 june said store. However i was always replied that card your both card will be activated tomarrow. Hence i called concerned idea official Mr Ravi 9948004418. Evenafter 8 days of deactivation neither the mobile store nor Idea cellular ltd taken care of customers. In order to avoide further cheating of several other customers I request you to publish in the Deccan chronicle news paper.
