Fraudulent postpaid bills

Epected sir,

i was using one idea prepaid connection i.e. 9990905696 past from two and half months, unfortunately diconected the services, i called up to customercare people they told me to submit the doccument, when i went to pitampura branch they told me there is no full documents, that time i was having one photo-id proof, address proof and one photograph of with me, i really don't know for what reson the connection hasbeen diconnected i would like to request you please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
