Poor performence of IDEA NET SETTER

I am facing very very problems with my net setter (no 9718170819) for long time and complained about it many times at your net setter customer care. But it hasn't been solve till date. My connection get disconnected just after connecting it. No attention is taken against my complain. Please short out this problem soon.
