No response against consumer forum complaint

This is to inform you that i have earlier lodge a complaint regarding this company and no one i about to hear it and with respect to it they are making an excuse that we are not accepting their call

my complaint is about that i have bought a idea net setter on 03.06.2009 an i was comitted that the dedicated speed i will get was around 50/kbps but the speed i get was 2-3 kbps i have earlier told them to check my usage but they taking the matter to another way out and keep generating my bill after i have given a request for disconnection so please help me to sort out this problem as regarding this complaint i have faced very losses as my buiseness is totally dependant on the internet
