Recovery of amount deducted

Myself AshoK Hingmere i am using idea cellular network since last 12 months

my mob No. is (9924849058) that is prepaid connection. on 01/12/07 A sum of around Rs. 350/- was wrongfully Deducted from my prepaid account. i called to Customer Care, they positively replied to give credit of the amount so deducted, then i had frequntly called to customer care & sent many request but till today i have not received the amount deducted.

i hope that my application shall be entertained very shortly.
