Changing plans of mobile connection without permission

I have a mobile connection with no. 9743432814 from Idea Cellular Ltd. in Bangalore, Karnataka circle.

I was in 'Plan77' (call anywhere in India for 50ps.) previously. But without my permission they shifted me to '1ps/sec' plan and charged me Rs.17.(on 26 Oct.2009)

After that I again shifted to my previous 'Plan77' for which they charged me Rs.77.(on 1st Nov.2009)

Now again they have shifted me to '1ps/sec' and charged me Rs.17 (on 3rd Nov.2009) WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.

Also this is one cheap Service Provider which charges Rs.5 per month for Delivery Reoprt of SMSs.

Please take action irresponsible management of this company.
