Bill payed, but still not able to make calls

Hi,

I have paid monthly bill for my IDEA cellular Mobile number 9990202442, however i'm still getting BILL NOT PAYED announcement while i make call.

I have called customer care 5-6 times since last 3 days, everytime they say the announcement will get removed within 2 hours. Yesterday they gave me a reference number[90512466] as well and said that there is some technical problem and announcement will go by 11am Monday [16/Nov] morning, however today announcement is still there, moreover i'm not able to make outgoing calls as well.

I'm really getting frustrated with these IDEA people now, everytime i call the customer care it takes me so long to connect with the customer care people and i end up getting false promises from them.
