Alance reduced without prior information

I am Rohit Puri (9911094216) using IDEA mobile services from approx. last 1 & 1/2 years and didn't got any discrepency withing said period but from 15 Jan (as your IDEA customer care executive provide me date) my balance is reducing continuously Rs.20 per day without any prior information or plan activation within my knowledge, after making a huge discussion with Mr. Rajesh (CCE) at 31.01.08, he doesn't provide me proper information regarding the said deductions.

They were requested to take a neccessary action regarding the problem, I am getting hopeless from the answers of their CCE's.

Actually I got a call from grevience department of IDEA Cellular Ltd. and instead of resolve my problem she was arguing with me that she can't do anything and told me to surrender this number, if i am getting problems through them, if this going to hapen then there is no mean to conduct all these cc departments for the help of customers.
