Deduction of money

I am retailer and i have sold many idea cards, but all my coustemors r facing one problem they get unwanted calls and plus money is deducted for any service which is not activetd by coustomer, and when they call to customer care they say that service is activeted by coustomers. but i want to say that why they call to customers? for any srevice if they want they will activate. there is no restriction for such calls from try? they all r looting customers.
