Facing continue problem with idea prepaid mobile network

I am facing continue mobile networking problem with my idea prepaid mobile no.9891646321. I have already registered a complained no.111516560893 on idea customer care dt.19/11 executive name is jaishree.Net working problem still continue on 26/11. Pls rectify the problem immediately.
