Getting advertisement calls even after opting DO NOT DISTURB

When the disturbing calls from idea cellular mobile phone persisted I opted DND and there was no problem till 1-10. Yewsterday i.e. on 2-10 I got a call from idea mobile phone company advertising their STD rates. This is gross negligence, deficiency in service and unfair trade practise from the part of idea cellular mobile company. Please redress my grievence and adequate compensation also may be awarded for their negligence and deficiency in service.
