Offer not activated till 15 days

My mobile no. is 9967464817, i activated an offer of Rs.55 ie call charge reduced to 40ps&60ps on 13.04.09.On 25.04.09 i recharge for rs.22 for an offer ie 20ps to one idea no &rs1 to other calls.they activated rs1to all calls at the time i recharged but not activated 20ps till 10.05.2009.i call cust.care sevaral times but they asked me to wait.i am waiting for 15 days.so take immediate action.my complaint no is 54442788.
