I am the coustmer of idea pre paid mobile connection my mobile no is 9689297271 is wrkng well from past i months i have submitted all the documents requested by the dealer.

but i was in shock when i got the message of service debarring on date 9 dec 09.

i resubmitted my document (nilesh suresh dangar) on the same day and to my another shock my mobile no is barred on dec 13 09.

as i want to complaint that if there is some problem in document processing department than why should the coustmer suffer.

and why they dont inform about document submission by a message when they send too many of useless service message.
