IDEA CELLULAR/PREPAID RECHARGE
RECHARGE NOT HAPPENING

Dear Sir,

I recharghed an Idea Cellular Mobile No. 919506281018 (U.P. (East) circle) with Rs. 31/- on 10/09. I assume that the recharge should not take time but even after 1 hour, recharge has not happened.
