My amount is deducted from my account but my mobile is not recharge but when I contacted Customer Care then no response

i'm aslam from alappuzha, kerala.i'm working with icici prudential (unit manager)

, and i'm a vodafone customer, my number is 9846293948. Thing is, from the day before yesterday two of your customer is calling me and telling such bad things to me and my family.they were calling very hard bad words to my parents, this is the numbers, 9847503259,

9847678360, that i had complaint with.i dont know why they doing like this, they were calling again and again, even if it was on night..so i'm expecting agood relation with the company (idea), and if my problem is not solved, i'll, i need to choose another way to solve the problem, which it will affect the good will of your company. so please kindly help me..
